1-to-1 Mindful Coaching Package
8 Sessions of Personal Mindful Coaching (1 hr per session)
Perhaps you've had some experience with mindfulness or meditation, and would like to deepen your practice. Or you might feel you're not ready for group mindfulness training and want to explore the basics before committing to the 8-Week program. Or maybe you have specific issues or stressful situations at home or the workplace that you would like to learn to manage using mindfulness.
If any of the above applies to you, you may want to make arrangements for one-to-one mindfulness coaching. This kind of personalized mindfulness coaching will be tailored to your needs, and consists of an introduction to mindfulness and awareness, simple basic practices, and how it can be applied to specific areas of your life. Through such mindfulness coaching, you may also gain a deeper understanding of the sources of your stress, the habitual patterns that run your life, as well as the nature of the mind.
(This one-to-one mindfulness coaching can be seen as a window to a potentially deeper commitment to mindfulness training and practice.)
Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) program has helped many people cope with their stress and anxiety levels through the teaching and practice of mindfulness meditation techniques to regain emotional balance and well-being.

About Mindful Moments Singapore
Mindful Moments Singapore was set up to encourage mindfulness as the way of life; we believe that everyone should benefit from mindfulness and we hope to make the practice of mindfulness easily accessible to more and more people through the programs and coaching we offer. At Mindful Moments, we see mindfulness as a way of being - a personal and regular practice of being in awareness of the present moment to enhance our well-being. It is a gentle practice that invites curiosity and self-compassion towards attending to our own body and observing the nature of the mind, which is usually responsible for much of our emotional pain and suffering.
MiMo founder Erin Lee is a mindfulness practitioner, coach and advocate of mindfulness as the way of life. She helps clients make positive change through mindfulness and hypnotherapy at Light On Hypnosis in sunny Singapore, and lectures at a local polytechnic. Currently pursuing a Masters of Science in Studies in Mindfulness at University of Aberdeen, Scotland, UK, Erin has received Acknowledgement of Provisional Teaching Status from the Mindfulness-Based Professional Training Institute at the University of California San Diego Center for Mindfulness. She has completed foundational training requirements to begin teaching MBSR with a designated mentor of the Institute.

Terms & Conditions:
- It is recommended that the eight coaching sessions be held on a once-a-week basis to allow for the client's home practice in between each session.
- Session dates/time to be arranged separately with Mindfulness Coach
- All 8 sessions must be complete within 6 months of purchasing the package
- Coaching sessions can be held at Mindful Coach's work space or at the Client's workplace, subject to agreement between the Coach and Client.
- Any refund request for cancellation of program made via email prior to the start of the first class will handled and considered, subject to case-to-case basis. Program fees will not be refunded once the first class begins.
- Upon purchase, please contact Mindfulness Coach Erin once you have purchased the coaching package. She will arrange for a free initial chat to understand your needs before proceeding with the coaching sessions.
